We are looking for a leader to own commercial success of the Turkish business with Natro and Turhost brands, by driving revenue growth, customer lifecycle performance, product commercialization and the local execution of Group initiatives.
Role Purpose
The Commercial Director is accountable for the commercial performance of the Turkish business, with Natro and Turhost brands, driving sustainable revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention and value creation. The role leads the local commercial organization via Marketing and Customer Care function leaders and works closely with the Regional Commercial Director, relevant Divisional stakeholders and Group functions, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, customer retention, profitability and successful execution of strategic initiatives. Role is also responsible for translating group strategy, products and growth programs into local commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Ownership & Performance
• Own the Turkish brands – Natro & Turhost- revenue targets and support profitability
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting and commercial investment planning.
• Monitor revenue performance and identify growth opportunities and commercial risks.
• Drive initiatives that improve revenue growth and customer value.
• Ensure effective governance and alignment between local, divisional and Go-to Market teams to maximize the impact and consistency of commercial initiatives.
Market Feedback & Customer Insight
• Act as the primary voice of the Turkish market within the Group.
• Ensure customer, market and competitive feedback is structured and effectively fed into Product, Go-to-Market and relevant Group functions.
• Identify local market opportunities, competitive developments and evolving customer needs to support commercial decision-making.
Customer Growth and Lifecycle
• Ensure effective commercial performance of the customer lifecycle from customer acquisition through conversion, activation, retention, renewal and expansion by leading local marketing teams across performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing and website conversion optimization.
• Ensure effective collaboration between local Marketing leadership and Group Go-to Market teams for alignment and to maximize the impact of acquisition, product launch and growth initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across customer journeys, conversion funnels, cross sell and upsell opportunities.
Product Commercialization
• Lead the commercialization of new products and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
• Act as a key interface between the Turkish business and Group stakeholders for launches.
• Ensure Group commercial programs, playbooks and product initiatives are executed consistently while balancing local market requirements.
Customer Care
• Lead the Customer Care organization through its function leader.
• Ensure customer support, retention and telesales activities contribute effectively to customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
• Ensure Customer Care priorities remain aligned with Group initiatives.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience driving revenue growth, commercial performance and customer acquisition.
• Relevant background in e-commerce, online sales or subscription bases growth focused environments, working in SaaS, Hosting, Technology, digital services, E commerce or recurring revenue environments preferred.
• With experience in managing customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention and customer lifecycle programs.
• Experience leading functional teams like marketing and customer care
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience operating across local, regional and matrix organizations.
