Role Summary:
team.blue Türkiye is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital communication and conversion-focused marketing operations for its two hosting brands, Natro and Turhost.
This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and digital assets across websites, landing pages, customer panels, email, SMS, and push notifications. The focus is on building conversion funnels, designing cross-sell and upsell experiences, and crafting offers that drive measurable revenue and customer growth.
We operates through independent tools and manual reporting and setup processes, not end-to-end automation platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys structured hands-on execution, and thrives in environments where performance is tracked and optimized manually.
The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with design, development, product, and performance marketing teams to translate marketing goals into seamless user experiences and tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Landing Page & Web Experience Management
Prepare and manage landing page briefs to ensure campaigns, offers, and product launches are executed efficiently and align with marketing goals.
Design and oversee conversion-focused web journeys, building clear selling lines and calls-to-action that maximize engagement and acquisition.
Use wireframing and UX tools (Balsamiq, Mockflow, or Figma) to plan layouts, offer placements, and conversion funnels.
Collaborate with design and development teams to test and implement functional and visual enhancements across both Natro and Turhost websites and customer panels.
Monitor and report on landing page and offer performance, using insights to refine structure, messaging, and user flow.
Coordinate feedback loops between customer support, marketing, and web development to continuously improve the user experience.
Cross-sell & Upsell Management
Develop and implement cross-sell and upsell initiatives based on user behavior, product usage, and contextual triggers.
Oversee the placement and visibility of promotional offers and informational texts within websites and customer panels.
Ensure alignment of tone, design, and message between landing pages, campaigns, and customer panels
Create and test personalized offers for different customer segments, improving retention and maximizing lifetime value.
Work closely with design, frontend, and product teams to translate campaign objectives into actionable user flows and visual experiences.
Leverage performance insights and customer feedback to optimize conversion paths and offer relevance.
When necessary, collaborate with external or affiliate partners to extend reach and support acquisition goals while maintaining oversight of outcomes.
Campaign Management
Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns that support brand and product objectives across owned channels (email, SMS, push).
Build and manage campaign requests with internal teams to ensure consistency across both brands.
Maintain and execute a structured communication calendar based on customer segments, seasonal activity, and sales priorities.
Use data and competitive insights to continuously improve the performance of campaigns and customer engagement.
Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on the performance of landing pages, offers, and campaigns using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Use insights from analytics to refine user journeys, improve content effectiveness, and identify conversion bottlenecks.
Prepare manual performance reports summarizing key metrics and actionable insights.
Monitor industry and competitor activity to identify new opportunities in communication, positioning, and conversion strategy.
Your Day-to-Day
Develop campaign and landing page briefs based on customer insights and product priorities.
Create and submit design requests for new pages, offers, and updates to the web and customer panel experience.
Define and maintain email, SMS, and push notification schedules targeting customer segments and product lines.
Design customer journeys manually across independent marketing tools, ensuring consistent communication flows.
Plan and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize conversion paths.
Manage and regularly review transactional and marketing email flows for both brands.
Differentiate marketing tone and messaging between Natro and Turhost, ensuring alignment with each brand’s positioning.
Work closely with customer support to collect feedback and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs, summarizing results into recommendations for improved engagement and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communication, Business, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years on the brand side.
Proven experience in landing page management, offer creation, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience with email, SMS, and push notification platforms (Mailjet, Mailchimp, OneSignal or similar).
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Familiarity with UX and wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Mockflow, Figma).
Strong analytical and task management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Based in Türkiye, able to work hybrid (mostly remote, with periodic office presence in Istanbul or Izmit).
